Pianos need regular service & care. Instruments that are significantly out of tune, have loose tuning pins, rusted strings, or need extra care and time for any reason will need a Complex Tuning.

No extra fee for emergency service - If I have space in my schedule, I'm happy to service your piano at regular rates.

Cleaning - Vacuum interior, clean soundboard, remove and clean action and keyboard, polish case - $140.00 per hour

Inspection/Evaluation - If you are considering having work done to improve your piano, it will need a physical inspection and evaluation. If you are thinking of buying a used piano, have it thoroughly examined first. It's a small investment to avoid a potentially costly mistake.

Verbal report only -- $185.00

Written report -- $210.00

Piano Purchase and Sale

If you are in the market for a piano, I am happy to tell you about any I know about for sale. This service is provided at no charge.

If I find a buyer for a piano you are selling, I charge a 5% commission.

Minimum Service Call: $185.00

Stand-by Time: $145/hr.

Missed or Late Cancellation Fee: $185.00
